Carolina Conveyings Standard Duty Rotary Airlock is an economical alternative to the heavy duty unit. The bodies are the same, but end covers have inboard bearings and rotors are closed end fixed blade only. A right angle gear reducer is direct coupled to the rotor shaft and accepts a c-face motor to the required specifications. The standard duty rotary airlock is suitable for gravity flow or low pressure differential applications only handling nonabrasive products.
